Job Summary

We’re looking for a result-driven individual to actively overlook all operations and documentation activities. He/she will be required to ensure accurate and timely documentation, updation of portals keeping at par with cargo inflow, outflow and operations. The position may also require active participation in transport arrangement.

Basic Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience/ knowledge in operations and transportation.
• Attention to detail and efficiency in documentation
• Basic knowledge in SAP
• Knowledge and experience in handling operations for Air Exports
• Willing to travel

Qualification: Minimum requirement of an Undergraduate Degree

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Passing 'Bill of entry' for transit and local shipments
• Preparing shipment documents such as invoice, packing list, and other shipment related docs.
• Handling customs portal, making customs bookings.
• Physical monitoring of cargo handover and using customs card to enable customs inspection process.
• Solving any QC issues (damaged or wet cartons), to segregate and handover timely before
• flight bookings.
• Maintaining 'operations expenses' file, and managing vendor payments related with the handling of shipments.
