Job Description:

Electrical Engineer (Design)

• Minimum 5-8 years diversified experience in the EPC (Oil & Gas and Power)
• Qualification – Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years design experience for Electrical system (MV/LV switchgear, Cable sizing, Cable tray & routing and earthing system)
• Technical knowledge in Electrical discipline to understand fault level and relay coordination.
• Understanding of project execution methodology.
• Cost awareness and write-up for tender scope of work.
• Knowledge of “Value Engineering”
• Computer Literacy (CAD & Design software ETAP etc).
• Scope measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantity.
• Carry out electrical design works for process facilities as required.
• Preparation and issuance of material requisitions.
• Co-ordinate with other Engineering Department on design issues.
• Provide supervisory assistance during construction, testing and commissioning.
