Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in the role of Logistics coordinator preferably in a Freight Forwarding Company. |

Coordinate with origin agents for import sea and air freight shipments

candidates with Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) - Initial - Category 6 is preferred
-
Coordination of DO collection, customs clearance and delivery coordination of import shipments
-
Freight negotiation with shipping lines and airline agents.

Booking confirmation, performing customs formalities, transport coordination, BL / AWB preparation for export shipments

Coordinate with destination agents for Door to Door sea and air export shipments

Handling GCC FTL and LTL deliveries.

Coordinate with warehouse team for storage, segregation and cross stuffing jobs

Handling local transport jobs with different truck types
-
Customer Service : Timely and event based updates to customers by phone or email.

Updating general tracker and customer specific trackers and update periodically to customer.

Coordinate with external authorities for shipment clearance approval (FANR, Dubai Municipality, etc...)
