Job Description
Responsibility of Admin Assistant
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal database ( record sick, maternity leave, annual leave)
• Prepare HR documents like employment contracts , offer letter for new hire employees.
• Assist accounts department by providing relevant employee information (leaves of absence,salary, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel tickets, accommodations and process expense forms
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues, knowledge of labor laws.
• Maintaining the recruitment process, selecting, orienting, and training employees, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have at least one year of experience in office administration function,and should have very good communication skills in English. Filipino candidate on visit visa is preferred.
